The Hallé announces its 2025/26 season of concerts at The Bridgewater Hall and across Manchester. This season will see Kahchun Wong in his second season as Principal Conductor & Artistic Advisor of the Hallé and showcase feature titled positions including Anna Lapwood (Featured Artist), Unsuk Chin (Featured Composer) and Jonny Greenwood (Hallé Presents Featured Artist).

The 2025 BBC Proms season presents a compelling lineup of performances by celebrated conductors, soloists, and leading orchestras and choirs, bringing to life rich and varied repertoire that celebrates the breadth and excellence of music. A three-day celebration of Philip Glass takes place in Manchester on 13-15 February. The festival opens with a concert featuring five-time Grammy Award winner and global superstar, Angélique Kidjo. Frans Lanting’s LIFE: A Journey Through Time brings an audio-visual experience to The Bridgewater Hall with his photos displayed on the big screen accompanied by Glass’s stunning score.
